Passover Seders
The
Passover Seder is an important tool which helps us to understand a
number of things about Jesus. I believe God has used this custom
and tradition among his Jewish people to keep the reality of Jesus
alive. While many Jews and Gentiles alike don’t realize it, the “Last
Supper” was actually a Passover Seder. He used the
event to powerfully illustrate His
position as Messiah. It was at this “Last Seder” Jesus applied the symbolism of the unleavened bread and the cup to Himself, establishing communion. Passover Seders include a full meal and require a reservation (usually pre-paid). Check back in 2012 for a current Seder schedule!
The Passover Seders require a pre-paid ticket or advance reservation and include a full course dinner. A Seder lasts about three hours, but is very active and lots of fun. Although not recommended for younger children, some of the Seders have scheduled activities for children. For more information, call the phone number listed or e-mail jdmilmin@comcast.net
